Noble Douglas is the visionary founder of Lilliput Children's Theatre (est. 1975) and the Noble Douglas Dance Company (est. 1985). For five decades, she has been a transformative force in Trinidad and Tobago's performing arts landscape, training thousands of children and young adults while pioneering a uniquely Caribbean theatrical language that blends traditional cultural elements with contemporary techniques.
